Its Italian production covers standard geometries and crucibles made to drawings. Foundry enquiries need to establish alloy, furnace type and installation envelope: equal nominal capacity does not mean equal crucible construction.

State alloy designation, operating and peak temperature, useful capacity and furnace model. Include a drawing showing internal and external dimensions, wall thickness, bottom shape and flange drilling. Document expansion clearance and existing supports. Do not transfer the material specification of a zinc crucible to magnesium service; base material, coating and connections require process-specific review. Heating method, charging arrangement, thermocouple position and previous damage help identify the execution. For replacement orders provide the original drawing number and revision. Capacity in kilograms refers to the relevant metal and cannot replace dimensional checks.
