Provide project and serial numbers and a P&ID with the affected position marked. For pumps state medium, temperature, pressure, flow and seal configuration. Valves require nominal size, connection, actuator and switching function. Identify sensors by range, process connection, output and existing calibration. For conveyor lubrication specify wet or dry operation, dosing principle, nozzle pattern and tubing material. CIP equipment is not interchangeable with sterilisation equipment. After changes to dosing or measurement circuits, account for the operator’s required functional and process checks.
