Send the machine type, serial number, year and motor nameplate together. For wire saws record installed power, supply voltage, inverter version, wire diameter and guide rollers. Add the existing travel range and connection or mounting dimensions with photographs and a drawing. For drilling machines specify hole diameter, drill-rod connection, drilling depth and fixing arrangement. Material and working conditions help identify wear parts. Identify replacement rollers, bearing locations and electrical assemblies from the parts list. A range specification does not automatically apply to every older machine.
