LiSEC Spare parts & components

LiSEC manufactures machinery and software for flat-glass processing. The historical LiSEC C.M.I. name belongs to the group’s former Italian machinery operation and is retained here for search. The current programme includes glass cutting, insulating-glass production and lamination. For existing C.M.I. installations, original machine records and current assembly identification should be assessed together.

Send the nameplate, configuration and quantity. Availability, price and lead time are checked for your enquiry.

Product examples and manufacturer references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

Specify machine designation, serial number, manufacturing year and station within the line. Document glass dimensions, thickness range, coated side and transport height. For washing machines record brush positions, bristle type, roller dimensions, water treatment and drive execution. For pre-lamination equipment add glass/interlayer construction, package thickness, heating and pressing zones and installed control version. Identify spare parts by parts-list position and mounting location. Include original records for legacy C.M.I. installations; current LiSEC model names alone cannot identify older assemblies. Changes to heating, pressing force or transport need assessment of the actual machine. Product families do not approve every glass, interlayer or line layout.

What happens next

DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
