For robotic handling describe sample carriers, container geometry, mass, transfer positions and process sequence. Identify the gripper, robot and connected analytical instruments separately. Recipe or data-transfer changes need an agreed functional description. For replacement components add manufacturer marking and drawing position. State cleaning requirements and project-specific documentation needs in the enquiry; an industry designation alone does not approve a component for a particular process.
