LEONI Spare parts & components

LEONI develops and manufactures wiring systems and prefabricated cables for vehicles and machinery. Its current programme includes low-voltage harnesses and custom electrical systems for commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery and construction equipment. The separate sale of the Automotive Cable Solutions business in 2025 makes exact manufacturer and product identification particularly important when using older documentation. These examples concern the current wiring-systems business.

Product examples and manufacturer references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

Submit the label part number, drawing revision and vehicle or machine application together. Document connector housings, keying, pole count and populated contacts using photographs and a circuit diagram. Add cable lengths, branches, conductor cross-sections, shielding and protective sleeves. Supply voltage, current loading and environmental conditions belong in the technical assessment. For overmoulded sub-harnesses record mounting features and sealing surfaces. Identify any pin-assignment changes explicitly; matching connector shapes do not establish interchangeability. For older LEONI records check the business area and present product responsibility. Distinguish the complete harness from individual cables or connector contacts in the enquiry.

What happens next

DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
