Provide the model including dimensional suffix, serial number and exploded drawing. Document roller working length, diameter, fluting, journals and bearing locations. Identify the roller-pair position and direction of rotation. Screens need frame dimensions, aperture, layer sequence and mounting. Identify drives by power, ratio, shaft connection and enclosure rating. Malt type and desired fractions are process data, not ordering codes. After roller replacement check gap adjustment and protective functions against the manufacturer documentation, retaining the installation’s dust-protection requirements.
