Travelling dosing-weigher family with an additional small weigher in the weighing system.

Provide the system code, project and serial numbers, and position at the silo or weighing hopper. Identify dosing slides by opening size, stroke, seals and actuator. Load cells need rated capacity, sensitivity, wiring and mounting drawing. For travelling systems add travel, position sensors, cable carrier and drive data. Describe bulk density, flow behaviour and cleaning requirements. Review mechanical replacements and software changes separately; dosing accuracy must be verified using the actual ingredient and calibrated installation.
