For push-in fittings distinguish tube outside diameter, tube material, thread standard and thread size; BSPP, BSPT, NPT and metric threads cannot be identified from outside diameter alone. Specify medium, operating pressure, temperature and required seal materials. For air lubricators record connection size, flow direction, bowl execution and mounting orientation. Document oil type and the installed air-preparation unit without assuming that the application requires lubrication. For replacement bowls and seals add unit size and drawing position. A family code such as RX51 or FM54 does not identify a fully selected connection variant.
