State system model, serial number, process configuration and bill-of-materials position. Identify vacuum seals by flange standard, groove, cross-section, material and temperature. Record pump manufacturer and type, and gauge principle, range and controller. Feedthroughs need electrical ratings, flange and connection geometry. For gas control specify medium, range and interface; document cooling circuits separately. DGK36 and MK63 identify machines, not universal spare-part numbers. Chamber dimensions alone establish neither identical internal equipment nor a particular coating result.
