Provide the full type marking, drawing number and series revision. For drives record supply voltage, rated torque, speed, duty and interfaces. Identify brake, encoder and integrated controller separately. For pumps specify medium, viscosity, temperature, required flow and differential pressure as one operating point. Maximum pressure and flow values do not necessarily apply simultaneously. Connectors, communication protocol and firmware may be project-specific. Matching installation space alone does not confirm electrical or functional interchangeability. For existing systems also include the controller identification and wiring diagram. Changes to drive or pump control must be assessed against the complete installation.
