Send an enquiry ↗KOLBUS Group offers machinery for book cases, rigid-box packaging and corrugated-board conversion. Its current programme connects graphic machinery with packaging technology, including manufacturing and assembly in Rahden. The examples distinguish a casemaker from a modular corrugated-board machine. Material handling, adhesive application and format tooling each require identification against the particular installed machine.

Modular corrugated-board conversion for creasing, cutting and further configured operations; published material thickness 1.3–16 mm.
Send an enquiry ↗Specify machine type, serial number, year and station within the installation. Document opened case size or sheet format, material thickness and material structure. For corrugated board distinguish flute type and required operations such as creasing, cutting, die-cutting or printing. For adhesive application record the adhesive system, roller geometry and cleaning method. Request knives and creasing tools with drawings, orientation and mounting details. Identify drives and sensors from their own plates. Include operating and control-system versions and the parts-list position. A modular machine name does not describe its installed module sequence, so add the layout and photographs of the affected station.
Manufacturer documentation ↗DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
