Send the nameplate, serial number and available spare-parts drawing. For cartoners add carton and tray drawings, infeed type and transport pitch. Identify timing belts by profile, width and flight mounting. For blister equipment specify sealing tool, holder and transport position separately; include the material pairing and format drawing. State voltage and connection for heaters and type and connector for sensors. A machine designation is not an order code for a particular spare part.
