ITM (Italtractor) Spare parts & components

Italtractor ITM is the Italian parent company of the ITM Group and develops and manufactures tracked-undercarriage components. The group programme includes rollers, idlers, chains and complete undercarriage solutions. Its Italian plants manufacture rollers and chains in particular. A replacement enquiry must align the machine variant, chain geometry and mounting position; membership of the same machine weight class is insufficient for selection.

Send the nameplate, configuration and quantity. Availability, price and lead time are checked for your enquiry.

Product examples and manufacturer references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

State machine manufacturer, type, serial number and the existing ITM or OEM reference. For rollers record flange execution, running-surface width, outside diameter, mounting centres and position. For idlers document wheel geometry, shaft and bearing arrangement and connection to the tensioning unit. Chain pitch and construction must be checked with adjacent components. Ground conditions, load profile and unusual wear provide further information for technical assessment. A similar casting or the same machine class does not establish interchangeability. Identify sensor connections and lubrication execution from the actual assembly. Drawings, photographs and markings of removed parts support identification.

What happens next

DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
