Industrial diesel applications require suitable hydraulic and electrical configuration; a system name alone does not establish which tests an installed setup can perform.

Modular pump control with a programmable control unit and application-specific kits; requires a suitable test bench.

Record test equipment serial number, generation and installed modules. Separately give the manufacturer and complete type of the pump or injector to be tested. Solenoid, piezo and mechanical systems require different controls and connections. For adapters document thread, sealing face, hose and permitted pressure. For ERT45R identify the existing Operational Kit, programming card and cable set; also describe the mechanical test bench and its hydraulic equipment. Add software revision, measurement range, calibration records and test fluid. Requirements must match the actual installation. Include photographs, circuit diagram and quantity. Accessories for an older DIT31 execution cannot be assumed to fit a later generation.
