Provide machine type, serial number, year and CNC execution. Drilling depth, tool diameter and drilling method help identify the assembly. For guide bushes document inside and outside diameters, length, mounting and material. Pumps and filters need oil type, pressure, flow, filtration rating and connections. Spindle units require identification, speed range, cooling, tool interface and drive details. Record table size and capacity from the installed execution. Photographs, drawing position and quantity help identification. Performance data for a current machine cannot automatically be applied to older series. Tool, material and coolant conditions must be assessed together when changing a process.
