Record scale type, serial number, maximum load and division from the nameplate. Identify load cells by marking, rated load, sensitivity, wiring and mounting. Document platform dimensions, feet and overload stops. For checkweighers record belt length, width, drive and fitted rejection system. Give terminal interfaces and software version, plus cleaning regime and the actual enclosure rating. Plan parameter setup and metrological checks after replacement; where relevant, clarify the operator’s legal-for-trade verification requirements.
