Supply the nameplate, serial number and position in the line layout. For a 48 or 48A designation, photograph the complete marking. Pump parts require pump type, impeller, seal and connection dimensions; the washer number does not replace these details. Record belt length, width, pitch, flights and side guides. Identify nozzles by spray pattern, connection and position. For agitator or paddle assemblies establish whether the option is actually installed. Include cleaning chemicals and temperature so material and seal selection can be checked against the operating conditions.
