Document machine number, type, year and mixing-vessel execution. Batch volume, density and viscosity at operating temperature describe the process. For tools specify diameter, geometry, shaft interface and rotation direction. Identify scrapers through contact contour and mounting. For shaft seals consider medium, temperature and installed vacuum or pressure operation. Check drive power and speed against the installed assembly. A required explosion-protected execution must follow from its plate and documentation; general brochure options are insufficient. Include photographs, drawing revision, quantity and existing order marking. Tool geometry changes can affect mixing action and loading and need separate assessment.
