Technical selection

Include full type designation, serial number and a drawing of the mounting location. For presses specify rated force, usable stroke, operating cycle and tool interface. Force/displacement evaluation needs sensor type, measuring range and controller version. For feeders document material width, thickness, feed increment and clamp geometry. Pneumatic supply, valve connections and timing relative to the press are needed for identification. Do not select a similarly sized cylinder as a replacement without comparison. CP and A are series, not complete order numbers. Assess the press safety function separately from identifying its parts. Add quantity, connection photographs and existing item markings.
