Pump enquiries need product viscosity, temperature, connections and nameplate data. For MULTIMATIC 400R identify the affected dosing, extrusion or conveying station. Pneumatic cylinders require bore and stroke, while servo drives need full hardware and firmware identifiers. Record belt width and product-support arrangement. Optional cutting equipment and other line modules cannot be inferred from the model name alone.
