Provide crane and hoist numbers, nameplate and drawing position. Take rated load, lift height, reeving, lifting speed and duty class from the records. For ropes document diameter, construction, length and end attachment. For wheels include rail profile, track gauge, wheel diameter, axle and drive side. Identify motor, brake and gearbox separately; a matching frame size does not establish suitable braking performance. Add supply voltage, control arrangement and installed limit switches. Changes to load-bearing parts or safety functions require technical assessment. Include photographs and quantity; family-level ratings do not replace approval for the specific crane installation and location.
