Send project identification, station number, year and electrical drawing revision. For pretreatment pumps record medium, concentration, temperature, flow and the complete pump plate. Nozzles need spray pattern, connection and installation position; colour alone does not establish chemical resistance. For oven components document temperature profile, installed heating method and fan identification. Match sensors by range, connection, lead and insertion length. Identify conveyor chains and hangers through pitch, dimensions and drawings. Process times and temperatures are project-specific. Add photographs, order identification and quantity; changes to heating, extraction or safety controls require separate technical assessment.
