Give the GeconaTEC project number and machine position in the process diagram. Also record the actual equipment manufacturer nameplate, serial number and build year. For coffee distinguish cleaning, roasting, grinding and packaging stages. For tea describe product form, blending, flavouring and package format. Take installed power, throughput, product-contact materials and cleaning procedures from the plant records. For format and wear parts include drawing number, dimensions and required quantity. A turnkey-plant description cannot replace component identification. Changes to an individual unit can affect upstream and downstream interfaces and should be checked against the existing line concept.
