Include the complete gearbox plate and machine model. State ratio, input and output speed, and rotation with an unambiguous viewing direction. Document shaft diameter, splines, keyway and projection. Take fixing centres, locating features and housing orientation from a drawing. Oil level, mounting position and lubricant specification belong to the execution. For individual parts include bearing or seal markings and drawing position; worn dimensions alone are insufficient. Power ranges on a product overview do not automatically apply to each model. Add the driven machine, load pattern, photographs and quantity. Changes in ratio or shaft form need technical approval.
