For cutting machines record disc diameter, mounting bore, spacers and shaft arrangement. Belt width and workpiece guidance must suit the material format. Take motor power, feed control, electrical supply and water connections from the machine documents. The MTX belt width of 700 mm does not establish suitability for every cutting combination. For MRC Smart also state the required bevel and dimensional correction. Photographs of the nameplate, tool mounting and worn component help identify the execution.
