Selection therefore depends on spacer, glass construction and processing method. Two-component polysulphide secondary sealant for insulating glass; specify both components and current processing requirements together.

State product name, regional execution, batch and requested pack size. Document glass coating, edge deletion, spacer material and existing primary seal. For two-component products identify the dosing and mixing equipment and both components unambiguously. Take mixing ratio and processing conditions only from the current technical sheet. The Butylver Standard page specifies 120–150 °C processing temperature depending on the extruder; this is not a universal setting for other sealants. Assess adhesion and compatibility of the actual combination separately. Include quantity, storage conditions and required documentation. Technical and safety data sheets must match the requested product version.
