A spare-part enquiry therefore needs the actual process zone: a burner, stirrer or refractory component cannot be identified solely from the furnace builder’s name.

Attach the plant number, year and forehearth drawing revision. Describe glass composition, colour, pull rate and inlet and outlet temperatures. Refractory enquiries need cross-section, length, material and installation zone. Burner requests require fuel type, air supply, connection dimensions and the installed control arrangement. For stirrers add shaft geometry, immersion depth and drive data. Keep heating and cooling circuits assigned to their respective zones; a matching connection alone does not establish suitability. Take sensor type, measuring range and controller version from the installed documentation. Photographs and parts-list positions help distinguish a custom execution from a general system name. Add quantity and required inspection documents.
