EZMA Spare parts & components

EZMA designs and builds food-processing equipment, from individual machines to complete lines. Its range includes retorts for packaged foods. Static and rotary executions address different product and packaging conditions. Spare-part enquiries must identify the vessel, process circuit and drive separately; similar basket dimensions do not establish an identical machine configuration.

Send the nameplate, configuration and quantity. Availability, price and lead time are checked for your enquiry.

Product examples and manufacturer references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

Attach the existing machine plate, serial number and assembly drawing. Describe packaging type, basket geometry and product characteristics. A door-seal enquiry needs its profile drawing, dimensions, material and approved process conditions. Identify pumps, valves and sensors by installation position, connection, wetted materials and existing markings. For rotary executions also record basket mounting, drive ratio and bearing positions. Temperature and pressure alone do not identify a pressure-retaining component. The validated thermal process and operating instructions remain specific to the installed equipment. Include photographs of the complete assembly and its fastening; a product family does not replace a spare-part number.

What happens next

DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
