HPS and HPB describe screw-design concepts rather than universal replacement parts. A sourcing enquiry therefore needs the machine interface and the existing drawing before a configuration can be selected.

Provide machine manufacturer, type, serial number and a dimensioned screw or barrel drawing. State diameter, working length, L/D, drive connection and rotation direction. For screw tips identify the non-return arrangement, seat, ring and connection thread separately. Polymer, filler, recycled content, temperature range and existing material or coating specifications help select the construction. HPS and HPB do not define a complete geometry; verify the corresponding barrel bore and documented wear measurements before matching components.
