Dial-transfer machine family with up to five machining stations and one loading/unloading station; machining units with 3, 4 or 5 axes.

State machine project, serial number and affected station. Record axis count, spindle design, tool interface and clamping system from existing documentation. For HSK interfaces specify size and precise execution; the same nominal size does not confirm complete interchangeability. Tool-changing assemblies need magazine position and gripper drawings. Include workpiece drawing, operation sequence and whether machining uses coolant or minimum-quantity lubrication. Drive and control enquiries need nameplates and software version. Dial-transfer installations also require station sequence and transfer interfaces. Do not apply family-level dimensional or performance information to an installed machine without checking its configuration.
