ESCOFIER Spare parts & components
ESCOFIER develops and manufactures cold-rolling machines for threads and profiles in Chalon-sur-Saône. FLEX and MTR differ in drive and operating concepts. Tooling and machine-component enquiries depend on the workpiece profile, rolling process and actual machine configuration. A range name alone specifies neither rolling force nor the dimensions of the required rolling dies.

Machine family for infeed and throughfeed rolling of threads, knurls and similar profiles, with manual adjustment and gearbox drive.

Provide machine type, serial number and installed equipment. Rolling-die requests need a workpiece drawing, material condition, blank diameter, profile pitch and target tolerance. Specify infeed or throughfeed operation. Die outside diameter, bore, width and fastening must match the mounting arrangement. Drive-component enquiries need motor and gearbox type, ratio and installed control system. Rolling force must be checked for the actual machine and cannot be inferred from the FLEX name. Include coolant supply, work support and feeding arrangement in the process description. Use drawing position and existing markings to identify spares; machine ranges and tool drawings do not substitute for a confirmed order code.
