A dosing screw, weighing assembly and downstream mixing station therefore need separate identification; a shared TRIO or DMT designation does not identify every installed component.

Gravimetric system supplying multiple process lines through a central weighing unit.

Provide system model, serial number and number of dosing components. Screws need diameter, pitch, length, coupling and material. Weighing components require cell type, rated load, output signal and wiring diagram; establish the checks required after work on the measurement chain. Identify mixer paddles by drawing, shaft and rotation. Material form, bulk density and recipe proportions describe the application. For central TRIO-M installations also identify the affected line and mixing station, separating the central weighing assembly from distributed equipment.
