Supply good and defective samples with clear defect thresholds; image resolution alone does not define reliable detection. Document cycle rate, container spacing, conveyor speed and reject location. Lighting, lens, trigger and encoder must match the installed configuration. Include markings and connector details for replacements. Software changes require review of recipes, user permissions, communication interfaces and configuration recovery. Manufacturer throughput figures are upper limits, not a promise for every inspection task.
