State installation number, drum size, drawing revision and affected assembly. Identify nozzles by spray pattern, connection, bore and material; dosing pumps need their own plates. Air-handling requests require filter dimensions, fan configuration and installed measuring points. Drum seals need profile and mounting dimensions, while drives need motor and gearbox identifiers. Add cleaning medium and product temperature from approved process documentation. A coater family alone establishes neither batch capacity nor the suitability of a replacement for a validated process.
