Provide series, type, serial number and die drawing. Record required trimming force, plate dimensions, column spacing, stroke and minimum and maximum openings separately. Specify die height, mass, mounting and centre of gravity. For robot loading document access direction, transfer positions and existing interface signals. Sliding or rotary tables, lubrication and air blowing are execution-specific options. Identify hydraulic and electrical components by their complete markings. The same type designation can occur in several series; T15 without NG+ or C+ therefore does not identify the required parts. Changes require consideration of the installed safety and process approval arrangements.
