Record range, full machine type, serial number and working roll width. Rolls and bearing housings need drawing number, diameter, journal dimensions and installation position. Match hydraulic valves using their plates, port layout, coil voltage and existing circuit. Drives require ratio and interface dimensions. For iRoll components include controller generation and software revision. Material strength and plate thickness describe the application but do not replace the machine number; limits from another MCA or MCB size must not be assumed.
