Provide model, serial number, year and bending direction. Bend dies, clamps, mandrels and wiper dies need drawings, tube outside diameter, wall thickness and bend radius. Drive components require motor, encoder and drive identifiers plus the affected axis. For controls include hardware revision, software version and connection diagram. A bidirectional R42E and a reconfigurable Linear machine are separate constructions. Check tooling interfaces and installed modifications before deciding whether a replacement fits.
