Provide serial numbers for both weigher and packer and the line project. Weighers need head count and configuration, hopper volume, gate mechanism and load-cell identifier. Film-pulling belts require width, length, profile and vacuum holes. Match sealing jaws by bag format, film material, heating method and drawing; ultrasonic sealing is a configuration option, not a universal machine feature. Add contact materials, cleaning media and electronics revision. Document dosing or sealing modifications before selecting parts.
