Colosio designs and manufactures die-casting machines and related automation. PFO is a cold-chamber machine family, while PFZ uses the hot-chamber principle. Injection unit, clamping unit and peripheral equipment each have their own configurations. Replacement requests should identify these assemblies separately.

Provide family, clamping-force class, serial number and year. Identify injection components by cold-chamber or hot-chamber configuration, diameter, length and drawing. Hydraulic parts require manufacturer identifier, seal material and circuit position. Limit switches, position sensors and control modules need connection, signal and revision. Add processed metal, temperature range and modifications. PFO and PFZ parts are not interchangeable merely because dimensions look similar; use the complete specification of the installed unit.
