Its companies and product brands retain their technical identities, including FlexLink in conveying and palletizing. RC12 and Eleva come from different group portfolios. An enquiry should therefore identify the actual machine manufacturer and nameplate model as well as the Coesia group.

Document machine brand, model, serial number and line position. Specify product and package dimensions, mass, material and required rate. For palletizers identify pallet pattern, gripper, payload and transfer height separately. For carton erectors state blank design, board grade, closure method and height adjustment. Add interfaces to upstream and downstream equipment and control versions. The group name alone identifies neither a spare part nor a software licence. Check format tooling against drawings and an actual packaging sample. A collaborative robot designation does not replace assessment of the complete application, including gripper and product. Line extensions require coordinated review of every affected station.
