Technical selection

Provide the component drawing, substrate material, dimensions and quantity. Document the existing coating, damage, areas to mask and acceptable dimensional change. Add process media, temperature cycle, cleaning agents and mechanical loading. For bakeware specify dough or product, cavity geometry, conveyor supports and release method. Establish food-contact requirements and supporting documents for the particular coating and application. A trade name does not demonstrate general chemical or thermal suitability. For refurbishment include photographs, the previous coating reference and substrate condition so that manufacture and recoating enquiries can be distinguished properly.
