A parts enquiry should therefore first identify the affected machine. Screw configuration, barrel section and previous modifications matter more than the name of the complete production line.

Provide machine type, serial number, year and line section. For screw elements supply the positional sequence from the existing drawing, dimensions and material requirements. Document barrel segments with connection positions and installed temperature-control arrangement. Identify gearbox, motor and sensors using their own nameplates. List modifications to older BC machines separately; an equal nominal diameter does not establish interchangeability.
