Doors and interlocks need installation location, connector pinout and the documented protective function. Consoles require hardware version, display interface and controller revision. A user-interface update does not identify the mechanical version. Before replacing a component, compare the assembly drawing and service requirements; a shared model number does not establish interchangeability between earlier and revised 403 equipment.
