State the product, particle size distribution, bulk density and flow behaviour. Define target weight, permissible deviation and required throughput for the actual material. Bag dimensions, material, closing method and existing conveyors affect the execution. For dosing components record drive, weighing electronics, connections and drawing numbers. Include cleaning procedure, product changeovers and requirements for contact materials. Assess explosion protection or a special hygienic execution against documentation for the particular installation. Serial number, controller version and interfaces to upstream and downstream machines help identify components. A stored operator-panel recipe does not replace checking actual dosing behaviour.
