Mixing heads differ by output, component streams and mould connection. Parts identification therefore needs both the head and its associated dosing unit; a shared group name is insufficient.

Send type and serial numbers for the mixing head and dosing machine, plus drawing revision. For FPL HP state the actual head size and component count. Identify injectors, pistons and seals by existing markings, material and connection dimensions. Document the chemical system, pressure, temperature and flow without inferring allowable values from a family name. Identify hydraulic and chemical connections separately. For LN 5/3 record mould attachment and pressure adjustment. Confirm media resistance and approval for the actual configuration before replacement.
