Send robot model, serial number, series and control version. Identify axes by designation, travel and motor or encoder code. Record guide-block and rail profile, length and hole pattern. State wrist configuration and pneumatic or electric additional axes, and describe grippers and suction cups by load, mounting and fluid connections. Identify cables by connector type and pin assignment. Include the injection-machine interface and installed safety configuration. The robot family alone does not determine a replacement part.
