Send the complete machine designation, including M or G version, serial number and year. For cutting spindles document blade interface, flange, bore and direction of rotation. For polishing heads record head position, tool holder and drive configuration. Measure conveyor width, thickness, joint and actual length before requesting a belt. Identify cooling-water passages, seals and bearing locations from drawings; similar dimensions do not replace checks of speed and load. Include drive and PLC versions after control modifications. Distinguish marble and granite wear parts using the fitted tooling and processed material rather than the manufacturer logo alone.
