Send conveyor identifier, belt width and transfer-area drawing. Describe bulk material, particle size, temperature and observed wear. Document sliding panels and sealing skirts by length, section, material and fixing; mark orientation in photographs. For big-bag stations identify hopper configuration, outlet, suspension and platform. Record dust-extraction port diameter and position. Special requirements, including potentially explosive areas, must be checked against the documents for the actual installation.
