Send an enquiry ↗Botta Forni builds industrial furnaces for aluminium foundries. Documented designs include tower melting furnaces and crucible furnaces for melting or holding. Gas and electric versions, and stationary and tilting arrangements, require different parts. The furnace order identity and approved configuration documents provide the starting point for an enquiry.

Gas-fired or electrically heated crucible furnace family for melting and holding.
Send an enquiry ↗Include furnace number, year, energy source and current configuration drawing. For thermocouples specify type, protection-tube material, insertion length and connection. Specify electric heating elements by voltage, power, geometry and mounting. Use full component plates and the approved gas diagram for burner parts; the gas train and protective controls form a coordinated assembly. Identify refractory material by grade, position and thermal duty. For tilting drives record cylinder dimensions, stroke, mounts and hydraulic diagram. Similar furnace capacity does not establish interchangeability. Document the installed condition after repairs or modifications before assigning a replacement.
